This project aims to construct a cabinet of drawingfolios. These drawings are handled as scripts, that could be read, and re-written. One folio belonging to this cabinet, consists of the drawing as found, the drawing as read, and the drawing as re-written. Resembling a cabinet of curiosities, the drawingfolios are not categorized according to a referential system of specialization, but rather it aims to construct an out-of-dictionary relationship between them.
It begins with the drawing as found.This drawing is then turned into the drawing as read and the drawing as re-written through various drawings along with personal and collective notes and its relationship with other drawingfolios.The categorization of the drawings are not done according to a specified taxonometric system. Rather the relationship between the drawings are encour- aged, that opens up collective and personal imaginations, and a hidden language between them. This relationship is subject to change similar to a cabinet of curiosities, which becomes the locus of various meanings.The content is open to be multiplied.
This project aims to create a collection of drawings open to collective and personal imaginations.
